The hotel is situated in central Tokyo's Ginza neighborhood, within a 3-minute walk from Higashi-Ginza station. Guests are steps from the Kabuki-za Theatre and a short walk to Ginza Six and the Tokyo Imperial Palace. The hotel holds a guest-rated location score of 9.4 out of 10, providing direct subway connections to Shibuya, Shinjuku, and Asakusa.

Room Types & Comforts

The hotel offers rooms such as the Bach Corner King and Bach Corner Twin, which include city views and a stocked minibar. The Executive Floor provides access to exclusive club lounge offerings, though minimal. All rooms are air-conditioned with electric kettles, fridges, and safety deposit boxes, and feature automatic blackout blinds for complete darkness.

Dining & On-Site Restaurants

The hotel houses two restaurants on site, one serving French and European cuisines for lunch, dinner, and high tea. Breakfast offers three set-menu options: continental, Japanese, and American, though portions are small. A lounge bar on the second floor features live piano music in the evenings and serves affordable drinks.

Guest Services & Business Facilities

A 24-hour front desk and concierge service assist with dinner reservations and luggage storage. The hotel provides two meeting rooms for business meetings, with invoice provided upon request. Currency exchange and daily housekeeping are available, and the hotel can arrange luggage delivery to Kyoto.

Family-Friendly Offerings & Amenities

The hotel designates non-smoking family rooms with options like Superior Twin and Deluxe Twin, which offer spacious layouts for families of four. Children above 6 are counted as adults, so families of two adults and two children may need two rooms. decent stay, some issues

carpet stains inflexible staff
i booked a "bach corner twin" room. it seemed smaller than expected. the carpet had some noticeable stains. also, i found the staff at breakfast a little inflexible. they seemed overwhelmed, and it was difficult to get simple requests met. i wouldn't call it a disaster, but it certainly detracted from the experience.

stylish stay in convenient location

comfortable bed soft duvet daily linen change convenient location
the bed was comfortable with soft, cloud-like duvet. i appreciated the daily change of bed linens without request. (it's a nice touch!). a convenience store is very close, just a three-minute walk from the hotel. the location is really convenient.
the breakfast took a considerable amount of time and it only starts at 8am. i would have appreciated a slightly earlier start to accommodate early risers.
Location
9/10
the hotel is centrally located near ginza and higashi-ginza stations. it is convenient to shopping areas and public transit. the area felt quite safe and accessible to many attractions.
Service
9/10
the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. they addressed my queries promptly and efficiently. i felt welcomed and valued as a guest during my time there.
Rooms
9/10
the room was spacious by japanese standards and easily accommodated my needs. large windows provided excellent views of the city, complemented by automatic blackout blinds. the room also had ample amenities like skincare products and pajamas.
Dining
8/10
breakfast offered a limited selection, but the quality was high. fresh fruit, including strawberries, pineapple, and kiwi, was notably ripe and delicious. i found the dining experience overall quite satisfying.
Facilities
9/10
the hotel's decor was tasteful, and cleanliness was consistently maintained throughout the premises. i particularly appreciated the stylish design elements throughout the hotel. i felt very comfortable and relaxed in the environment.

the restaurant staff WERE not very friendly. they seemed inefficient too. when reception mistakenly gave us an extra breakfast ticket, a staff member scolded us about bringing the correct number of tickets. breakfast felt overpriced, BUT the limited choices made it worse.
