decent stay, some issues

carpet stainsinflexible staff
i booked a "bach corner twin" room. it seemed smaller than expected. the carpet had some noticeable stains. also, i found the staff at breakfast a little inflexible. they seemed overwhelmed, and it was difficult to get simple requests met. i wouldn't call it a disaster, but it certainly detracted from the experience.

stylish stay in convenient location

the bed was comfortable with soft, cloud-like duvet. i appreciated the daily change of bed linens without request. (it's a nice touch!). a convenience store is very close, just a three-minute walk from the hotel. the location is really convenient.
the breakfast took a considerable amount of time and it only starts at 8am. i would have appreciated a slightly earlier start to accommodate early risers.
Location
9/10
the hotel is centrally located near ginza and higashi-ginza stations. it is convenient to shopping areas and public transit. the area felt quite safe and accessible to many attractions.
Service

the staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. they addressed my queries promptly and efficiently. i felt welcomed and valued as a guest during my time there.
Rooms
9/10
the room was spacious by japanese standards and easily accommodated my needs. large windows provided excellent views of the city, complemented by automatic blackout blinds. the room also had ample amenities like skincare products and pajamas.
Dining
8/10
breakfast offered a limited selection, but the quality was high. fresh fruit, including strawberries, pineapple, and kiwi, was notably ripe and delicious. i found the dining experience overall quite satisfying.
Facilities

the restaurant staff WERE not very friendly. they seemed inefficient too. when reception mistakenly gave us an extra breakfast ticket, a staff member scolded us about bringing the correct number of tickets. breakfast felt overpriced, BUT the limited choices made it worse.
